What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge After Taking Unwanted 72?

I am 19 years and I had sex with my bf 4 days before my period and took unwanted 72 within 48 hours. It s been two days after taking the pill and there s no bleeding or side effects. I can only see some white discharge. what s the reason ? Are there chances of pregnancy ? Please suggest.
