What Causes Excessive Urination And Pressure In The Groin Area?

I am peeing at least twenty or more times during the day and up at least three to four times at night. When I am peeing sometime I have very little feeling of pressure down there. Sometime my urine is not as strong of a flow. Yet at times I have the feeling I am not done. At that time I pull downward on myself and I can start to pee again? I have been checked for cancer and do not have it .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many causes for frequent urination including diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, kidney disease and many other conditions. At the moment, you need to do a full clinical assessment and other tests such as blood sugar, kidney functions and others as guided by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
