What causes excessive urethral discharge after removal of a urethral diverticulum?

Hello I had a urethral diverticulum removed 9 months ago. It was very large and removed close to the bladder neck. Since surgery I have had very bad healing in this area and where my hymen was is now strange skin and so much discharge all the time, it is very thick and long clear discharge then it gets tinged with pink or yellowish , it’s often covering my uretheral area and hymen area. It isn’t coming from my vaginal entrance. I also have terrible hemorroids. But main concern is this discharge , :( can you help? Worried about fistula.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Can eb a reactive discharge. Infection needs to be ruled out if it is a foul smelling or purulent discharge.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
