I had my Thyroid Removed a year ago this past May, plus I m Diabetic, lately my Blood Sugar been from 400 s down to 175. I m so Frikin Thirsty all the time I feel dehydrated and my skin looks very dry. I take melds for both things but for some reason my body feels off, hard to explain I just don t feel right...
In diabetics, excess glucose builds up in your blood. The excess glucose is excreted through the urine along with other minerals leaving you dehydrated & thirsty. Control your blood sugar level at all cost.
You can take vitamin E, Evion-400 to feel better. Do not get dependent on medicines, take food rich in vitamin E & minerals.
Keep yourself well hydrated. Take soups & beverages. Cut on addictions if any.
