What Causes Excessive Sweating And Nausea Post Surgery?

I just had surgery to repair a torn achilles heel tendon.....I have to keep my leg elevated at al times. to prevent a blood clot.....I ve been feeling alittle weird since my surgery on the 13th of this month, Example: Clammy skin, sweating and nausea...Could this be side effects from my medication which is: Hydrocodon-Acetaminophin?......Plus my leg aches
