What Causes Excessive Sweating And Fatigue When Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

Hi I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last November, I ve had a thyroid blood test done for my yearly check & the Dr says it s an abnormal reading & wants to repeat the test next week. I have been suffering with excessive sweating but take Premarin as going through the change. The doseage was increased which seemed to help for a while. Could this be due to my thyroid. I can t take Gabapentine which I was prescribed by the rheumatologist & currently not taking any medication just suffering the pain, headaches, tiredness & feeling very depressed.Any advice would help. Thanks in advance.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Excessive sweating and fatigue may be a sign of hyperthyroidism. It's a condition in which thyroid hormone level is increase in blood and leads to sweating, anxiety excessive meal intake but loss of weight. I would advise serum level of TSH T3 and T4 levels to confirm diagnosis. Need to consult expert endocrinologist with report. All the best.
