What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Severe Fatigue?

i have been for the past year just taking spells of just dropping off to sleep, can not control when it happens. have been talking, eating in church while it happens. i have had a past of sleep deprivation went on for years. i am staying very fatigued. i do have sleep apnea and on a c pap at night plus i am on something for sleep, please help me to know what to do. also i have had oxygen levels done, but to me that is what i feel like and that is just all of a sudden something cuts my oxygen off and thats when when i can control the sleep
