What Causes Excessive Hunger Along With Frequent Urination?

I am always hungry, urinating a lot but not gaining any weight. I have some tingling going on with my skin and my lips are dry. I am 46 years old and I know I am going through pre-menopause because of h ot flashes, night sweats and menstrual cycle being not as consistent.

Dear patient
You are having symptoms of diabetes Mellitus with post menopausal symptoms. I would advise 1. Fasting blood sugar 2. Post prandial blood sugar after 2 hour to confirm diagnosis. If fasting sugar is more than 200 mg per dl diagnosis is confirmed. You need to consult expert diabetiologist with report. Also you need to consult gynecologist for hormone replacement therapy. All the best.
