Dear patient,
I do understand Your concern.
It seems to me that you are having this
rash as a form of
allergy. It may be from thighs rubbing each other, very tight pans, cycling for long times, different detergents or (idiopathic autoimmune-requires autoimmune diagnostic exams)
Please if any of the cause mentioned above is the causing factor, avoid it.
The blisters are formed after aggravation of the situation. Keep the the area affected clean and hydrated, wash it with water or chamomille tee. Apply
ascorbic acid cream on it together with
vitamin E. Topical antihistamines cream is also suggest, if you cannot find it use oral antihistamines to stop the itching sensation.
If it still does not go away, please check a
dermatologist or an infectionist to your hospital so he can prescribe you some analysis such as culture of the wound and blood analysis.
All the best,
Dr. Eni
