background: for the last several years - I wake up at 4 am or after 6 hrs of sleep, which ever comes first. I walk 1 mile outdoors. i have a good quality protein shake with my vitamins. in the last month - by 9am I am falling asleep at my desk. I am wondering why? but also could I be low in Iron? I ve been anemic in past years but haven t been tested for that in the last few years.

What Causes Excessive Day Time Sleepiness?
Hello, You have to sleep longer and better in order not to get sleepy at work. Sleep for 8 hours and don t get up at 4 am but at 6 am. Do a total blood count to get checked for anemia.
