What Causes Erection Problem?

Dear Sir I am 43 yrs old man married for last 13 years and a father of two, for last one year i am suffering erectile problem though I am taking sidnifal 50mg, is there any way that I get a normal erection.I do get erection but not able to retain it without sinifal.

Hi Mr , give some more details about since when you are taking sildenafil and its frequency.Any history of medical illness like diabetes , hypertension, any substance addiction like alcohol or smoking ?.you should start daily exercise and have proper balanced diet.there is no harm in taking sildenafil lesser frequency when you are not having any medical illness.
