i have a problem when i make love to my wife it take only 1 minute ant then my penis shrink it caused a lot of problems to me with my partner 49 years old 156 hight 70 kilos i have gone too many investigation on diebetes but negative despite the fact that i started to lose weigt and sight too .

Erectile dysfunction has both medical and psychological causes. If the tests have ruled out any medical causes, the problem is most probably psychological/functional. For that, the drugs like tadalafil is prescribed in the doses of 20mg 2 hours before intercourse. This will take care of the erection problems.
