What Causes Erectile Dysfunction While On Telma H?

I am a BP patient. I have been taking telma h for some months now. Does it cause erection problems? My penis goes soft middle way during intercourse with my wife. I did not have this problem before. I am 47 years old. The only problem i had before was ejaculation after 5 minutes or ten, but i knew how to deal with this and i would even go longer to even 30 or 40 minutes. Now with this new problem, i am stack. Please help.

Telma H is a combinational drug that contains telmesartan and hydrochlorothiazide. Hydrochlorothiazide can cause sexual dysfunction in some patients.
I would have recommended stopping hydrochlorothiazide and continued temisartan. I would consider a combination of telmisartan with amlodipine called Telma AM.
