What Causes Episodes Of Severe Fatigue?

I have been having bouts of abject fatigue nearly every day at some point of the day. I feel like there is a lot of pressure on my stomach an my stomach seems to be bloated much of the time. Couple these symptoms with daily headache and generally not feeling well. I need to get this fixed as I still have to work at age 68. Seems like sometimes palpitations at night as well but my cardiologist says I am fine. I am on several medications including metoprolol, eliquis because of a fib, amiodarone because of a fib, furosemide as a diuretic, simvastatin, methyldopa for blood pressure, potassium(KLOR Kon), levothyroxine,

Hello

Taking into account your personal history of taking many medications for you heart, and thyroid problems, your current symptoms are due to gastritis caused by use of these drugs.

Take antacids 2 hours away of food or medication intake and observe the effects.
Get an appointment with gastroenterologist and decide to run upper endoscopy to check stomach problems.

Abdominal ultrasound also recommended along with stool analysis.

Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora meanwhile.
Discuss this further with your caring doctor.
