What Causes Episodes Of Fluttering In My Head?

Hi I am a 47 year old female and I have just noticed over the past few days a fluttering feeling in the right side of my head. It comes and goes, but caused no pain really. Just feels like a butterfly is caught in there!! Do you know what causes this?

Clogged ear or blocked sinuses may cause such issues. In some cases, there may be a feeling of the heartbeat or the blood flow in the vessels of the neck and brain. If you have other system you should see a neurologist.
