my 84 year old spouse has been havingg occasional night sweats, soakinng cover and pj s. recent lab work all normal. he has a pacemaker and takes Xeralto. last pacer check was perfect. A month ago he fe?ll annd had a compound fx of a finger. healing well with no signs of infection. temp is norrmal. what might be causing sweats
