hi im sheyr..i have a nephew he s 2 year old now and we noticed that his scrutom is getting bigger actually only one of those..but im really worried about his health. i wanna know what causes it, how to cure it and how to avoid that thing to happen again?

Most probably this will be a hydrocele (painless), but we have to consider other conditions hernia. Kindly take him to a pediatrician / pediatric surgeon. You may be asked for an ultrasound scanning.
