What Causes Elongated Soft Bump On Labia Majora?
I have an elongated, wire-like bump on my labia major right next to my leg. I have had it for months. It is tender to touch, painful when pressed on, and is soft and movable. Any ideas what this might be? The shape of it seems so strange that I dont think it is a cyst. It seems like a puffy vein but I have no idea

I really appreciate your concern, the only matter of concern, would be infection and this need to be ruled out, if this is not the infection then this is nothing to worry, in case of infection this can be managed with antibiotic and best would be Amoxicillin and for swelling it can be managed with Ibuprofen in my opinion clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
