Hi welcome to HCM... Noted you have hypertension plus high cholesterol and elevated liver enzymes... Hypertension can lead headache... The stress can lead chest tightness by panic attack.... Consult physician for your examination .. For high blood pressure start enalapril 5 mg or amlodipine 5 mg dose daily.... Meanwhile control diet with low salt diet... High fatty and junk food kept limited... Regularly do exercise.....one hour flooring exercise or jogging.... Avoid stress.... For which you can consult psychiatrist... Green leafy veg and fruits more... If care not taken there can be chance of stroke , ischemic heart disease etc..... If triglyceride very high atorvastatin started... Investigate your case with.... -treadmill stress test for rule out cardiac risk. -USG abdomen for fatty liver and gall stone Avoid alcohol.... If needed udiliv might given...
