General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The morning hypotension with tiredness is in relation with combination of anti hypertensive effect of Amlodipine (beta blocker) and vasodilatory effect of Isosorbide mononitrate used together. It is best recommended to discuss the issue with your doctor, who will adjust the doses of the current medications, in terms of timings as well as mg strength to solve the issue.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
