What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes?

I had hepatitis a and is gone from my igm test two days ago but I still have elevated alt 665 ast 433. Could it be oral sex related with herpes viral infection Could it be fatty liver? Could it be damage from an antibiotic? During a nine day period from out of the hospital this liver enzyme said increased to double they wer alt 285 and ast 191 when I left the hospital

This level of liver enzymesis tipically related to acute hepatitis due to the cell damage by the virus. If it was from an antibiotic the level wpuld have been lightly elevated
