Thanks to HCM
I can understand your concern

anyway blood pressure and sugar levels are in control.incresed heart beat is due to anxiety after exercise and in pathological conditions of heart ,thyroid disorders

so I would like to suggest have an ecg confirm it ,need 2 D ECHO.ONCE
and electrolytes
we have to check the cholesterol levels also and serum creatinine ,thyroid profile

with these consult your doctor or HCM
DIZZINESS due to decreases pumping of blood from heart .
