General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest of Deep vein thrombosis and associated cardiac complication (cor pulmonale)
This is a medical emergency and to be treated at the earliest.
I would advise
To immediately go to ER and get full cardiac evaluation done.
This condition can be treated with intravenous medicines.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you
I find this answer helpful
