Hi There

No antibiotics do not increase the blood pressure but if you are suffering from some infection which probably you are, infection can raise the bp upto certain extent. I would like to recommend avoid meals that contains good amount of salt like meat for few days and stop smoking completely if you do. Get an ECG done and if you have a family history of Hypertension then you need to monitor your BP daily for a week at a particular time and if it stays high (more than 140/90mmHg) then you need to be started on meds with life style changes.

Good Luck
