What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

i have high blood pressure ,but i am very energetic and hyper active and can run 10 miles easy and can walk for 10 hours straight ,i can climb 1000 stairs easy also i don t smoke i drink maximum 3 cup of coffee every day . how can i explain the high blood pressure ,

As you mentioned you have problem of high blood pressure problem that may be because of smoking or alcohol drinking habit or more salty food in diet or old age or family history of high blood pressure problem.
Stress and tension may aggravate a condition..
Adrenal or Thyroid problem also lead to high blood pressure problem.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
Start a antihypertention drugs under doctor's suggestion.
Check your blood pressure every day after start a antihypertention drugs.
120/ 80mmhg is normal blood pressure.
