What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

My blood pressure is really sporadic. I have been through several meds and found that I m apparently allergic to some, and some make it higher. I have been to a Dr and am now taking chlorithalidone and metoprolol. Together. Chlorithalidone leaches my potassium. I actually have an odd question here. I find if my pressure is really high, I can drink some alcoholic beverages and be below what I need to be. REALLY below. I know booze are a depressant, but should the blood pressure change so dramatically??

In some people the blood pressure is not sready as it should be,sometimes high and other times low,,in this case we prefer to watch it closely and try to eat healthy food with some exercise,,if it go high take your medications as metoprolol, one of the best in controlling your blood pressure
