General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
It is suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease.

Fecal lactoferrin is a sensitive and specific marker associated with intestinal inflammation in conditions like ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease.

Based on the history given you seem to be suffering from inflammatory bowel disease which needs to be properly evaluated by a gastroenterologist by further tests like endoscopy (colonoscopy) to examine the intestines and by obtaining a small tissue sample (biopsy) to evaluate for inflammation and changes in tissue structures.

Hope the advice given above would be useful.
