What Causes Elevated ALT Levels In Blood?

I am 21 years old and I have elevated alt. The normal range is 0-41 but my result was 264. I was a heavy smoker before. But I managed to stop for 4 months now. Also, due to the holidays, I drank alcohol heavily twice this month and got tested after a week. I am also a regular user of SERETIDE inhaler 25mgc. For my asthma. What might be the cause of my very high ALT?
