What Causes Electrical Shock Sensation In Hip Radiating Towards Knees?

A couple of days ago I was standing a certain way and all of a sudden an electrical shock came in my left hip and buckled me down to my knees with intense pain. Every since then any certain type of wrong movement I get this same type of electrical shock. I at times can t sit right or when I walk I have been limping so that I don t turn the wrong way and it will happen again.

Hello.

It is clearly as issue with a possibly impinged nerve requiring rest and at times even a massage can help so visit a physiotherapist or a chiropractor.
