What Causes Earache While Swimming?
I had ear tubes put in over 10 years ago and the one in my right ear never fell out and now every time I go over 2 ft underwater it hurts like crazy. I cannot pop the ear at all and if try to go any further it feels like an invisible boundary is stopping me. I m about to go on an airplane (in about 2 weeks) and I m really concerned about the pressure going up.

Hello,
You have to avoid underwater sports and air travel till the time your ear problem is not solved. There is a problem in your inner ear. Get ot examined by ENT doctor at local level. Till that period, start steam inhalation.
