Hi my name is Helin I keep on feeling a fluttering soun in my ears and when I move my head I hear my pulse in my head, I have had tingling of my hands and feet a lot of back pain, my ferritin level was 5 last month and I m supposed to start getting iron infusions once a week I feel very tired

Being anemic causes heart beat to be heard in the ears. Please take iron supplements and neurobion forte for a month. Keep visiting your physician in between to check the Hb level.
