What Causes Ear Popping, Dizziness And Pressure In Ear?

I had a head cold last week. Sinus pressure, hheadache, fever... Lasted about six days. I was constantly blowing my runny nose. After the sixth day of blowing my nose, my left ear popped and I ve been dizzy and had pressure in my ear ever since... Going on day four now. Feels like my head is on airplane. I just started a new job, don t have healthcare or a day off i can take to go to the doc. What is causing this? How can i fix it?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
All your symptoms are suggesting that you got what is known as OME or Otitis media with Effusion which is common after an attack of severe cold. Take steam regularly twice in a day through nose and a course of Levocetrizine 10 mg for 7 days will help. It will gradually resolve in a week time.
