What Causes Ear Pain, Frequency Of Urination And Faecal Urge?

I have daily ear pain. I have pain all over with a lot of sad feelings. I don t have regular menstrual cycles with constant stabbing pain in my lower pelvic region Lately, I ve been having a lot of times of urinating or even having bowel movement before being able to reach a toilet. I m scared.

Hello hope the answer helps you.As you have given a histroy with some element of depression as having lower abdominal pain,with urgency for bowel movement and urination,and irregular periods.As you havent mention about fever so i guess you dont have so no worries may be just depression and anxiety can cause mix symptoms of each system of body.You can manage your urination with water time table as after night meal no more drinking so no need to go lavatory and outside as same.If for abbominal colics with no foul smelling stool you can have some mebevarine tablet twice or thrice to manage but consult your GP first to get an U/S Abdomen and pelvis to rule out any pathology as far as my understanding with this histroy.
