Understanding your concern. As per your query your kid has bleeding and pain in ear after cleaning with ear bud seems to be due to injury to ear drum. I would suggest you to give antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiinflammatory medication. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get otoscopic examination done and go for audimetery testing as well. You should start treatment after proper prescription. Put antibiotic ear drops in ears of child. Avoid pricking it.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
