What Causes Ear Numbness With Ticking Sound?

Hi Doctor,

I just got up this morning and for the first time I had a constant ear numbness. When I shook my hear with my finger it made a little ticking sound. Also, some areas of my left part of the head feel heavy at time. I also have been having a lot of burping (gas issues) since a while. When I shook my ear to release the numbness it decreased a little bit AT TIMES but a tingling numbness is still there. This has not happened before. I had not put anything in my ear (cotton, etc.) was just sleeping like normal and had this when i woke up.

Until examination, done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
