What Causes Dull Ache In The Cheek Area And Around The Eye?

For the past three nights (all night long) I have experienced a dull ache, which seems to in my upper cheek area, and sometimes around my eye. It is not present when I m in a standing or in a sitting position (although it feels irritated in the sinus area during the day). I don t seem to have any swelling in the area or soreness to the touch, and I don t have a fever.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far the features described by you is considered, it can be a pulpitis secondary to a decayed tooth. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done in relation to upper back teeth. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, the tooth can be treated with root canal treatment or extraction. Meanwhile you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
