What Causes Dryness Of The Testicles?

Hey, um.. for the past week or so my testicles have been a little bit dry and feel somewhat 'crusty.' I do not know if it is a fungus or something else. Also, I have noticed that the shaft of my penis was unusually dry, I do not have a foreskin so I am not sure what the problem is.

Hello,

The skin on your penis and testicles are like sling on your body everywhere else. Try using a lotion. It may help with the dryness. If you are having discharge or it looks like a rash, you can try an OTC cream with an anti fungal for a week.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
