For the past 3-4 days, my upper lip has been infamed and very dry. it feels very tight, it burns, and makes me what to keep irritating it. My older sister thinks it could be a fever blister but doesn t have a clue to what it is. it doesn t have any blisters or sores, just very inflamed on my lip and on the outside of my upper lip and its very dry. what is wrong with it?
- In the day times apply lim balm containing SPF 15 .
I condition doesn't get better in 4-5 days then consult dermatologist . Doctor may give adrenalin sort , prescribe antibiotics (amoxicillin) or may drain the swollen part.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
