What Causes Dry Throat, nausea And Lethargic?

I m thirsty but no matter how much water I drink my mouth will still remain dry. And I feel somewhat weak and nauseated. I was thirsty all yesterday too but I felt fine until later that night when I got a migraine all of a sudden and ending up going to bed because it hurt so bad. I started to fell nauseated when I woke up this morning. What could be wrong with me?

Hello,
My first thought is that you are experiencing dehydration. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids and plenty of water. This can lead to many of your symptoms.
Maintain a proper diet with balanced vitamins. You should consider having a blood test to check the function of your body's systems if you have not had a physical recently.
A systemic disease such as diabetes is often associated with a great deal of thirst. Blood tests can check for sugar levels. You should have a glucose tolerance test.
Gastric disturbances can affect how well your body absorbs needed nutrients. Properly oxygenated blood is important to your body's function. Hemoglobin is checked with blood tests. You may need further testing for a disease such as mononucleosis. I think you should start with the basics and assess your bodies function.
Make sure you limit any habits that are irritating to the body such as smoking and high alcohol consumption. Take your temperature to make sure it is normal. Try some anti-inflammatory medication such as Tylenol or Advil for some relief.
Thank you for your inquiry. I hope my suggestions offer you a plan of action.
