welcome at HCM I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns... is there any family history of allergy asthma? are u smoker? have u checked ur blood pressure? have u ever suffered from TB in past? what is ur profession? do u have fever ? any pain ? in my opinion you should see a PULMONOLOGIST so that you should be appropriately treated. you need to get your chest Xray along with CBC. he may order pulmonary function tests and ECG if he thinks so.. meanwhile stay calm and try to wear mask when u go outside. if u are a smoker than try to reduce no. of cigarretes.. use antiallergic if u are allergic to dust or cold.. Hope your query is addressed adequately REGARDS DR SAAD SULTAN
