What Causes Dry Skin On Vaginal Lips?

On one of my vaginal lips there is a small circular dry patch thats a tad raised. I thought it was a blister of some sort like a flattened one but I believe it s just dry skin. If I scratch it it will peel off. It doesn t usually itch but whenever I shave it starts too. Not exactly sure what it is. Could it be a sort of std?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to yeast infection or dryness. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Use hypo allergic blades for shaving or use trimmer. Using creams containing antifungal agents like miconazole and cortcosteroid like hydrocortisone will be helpful for this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
