What Causes Dry, Redness And Itchy Skin At The Tip Of The Penis?
What would cause my skin on the tip of the penis to always be dry and shiny with some redness some days and others not. No pain at all sometimes itchy as well. I do have athletes foot and wonder if it spread to my penis. As sometimes I scratch here and there when sleeping.

I think the redness and dryness you are having may be related to a yeast infection. Possibly the athlete's foot you have has spread. Use clotrimazole ointment on it.
