What Causes Drowsiness After Hitting Head?

my boyfriend passed out and hit his head yesterday at work. I took him in to get checked out and he was sent home. They never said why he passed out, hi bp was 75/50 they did blood work and everything came back ok. Today he is sleeping a lot. My question is, should I take him back in?

Yes you need to keep him under observation. Did they do CT scan brain. Its the right time to do that if not done earlier.
