Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the bleeding can be due to urinary infection or vaginal spotting. So it needs to be found if the bleeding is from vaginal or urinary origin.Blood in urine can be seen in urinary tract infection due to renal stones.Vaginal spotting or bleeding might be due to hormonal abnormalities like thyroid abnormalities or progesterone insufficiency or cervical bleeding or low lying placenta.Complete urine examination might be needed to rule out urinary tract infection.Dont worry with apt treatment it will subside.Take rest.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres to prevent urinary infections.
Best regards....Dr.Srilatha
