What Causes Drop In HCG While Having Vaginal Bleeding?

hi..i have a low hcg of 81 and 2 days later dropped to 48 and 4 weeks pregnant. my doctor suggests we wait 4 more days before we can check again.Im so worried s I was bleeding for the past 4 days and so she says my hcg is low because of the bleeding. what do you think?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Bleeding with drop in HCG indicates pregnancy to be non viable. Both bleeding & low HCG are due to non viable pregnancy.
To remove complete products of conception should be next step in treatment.
