Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling dizzy while moving you is suggestive of some disorder of inner ear.
Inner ear is associated with maintenance of balance.
Any disorder of inner ear- infection, inflammation or any other lesion can cause disorders of balance and thus feeling dizzy especially while changing position of head.
I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment of inner, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
