What Causes Dizzy Spells To A Diabetic Person?

my husband has been having dizzy spells off and on, especially after getting upset or stressed about something, we also noticed his hands get very cool to touch when this happens as well, and once felt a mild discomfort on one side of his neck. He is diebetic, and being treated for low blood pressure.

Dear madam I understand your concern.
usually this kind of spells can be due to hypoglycemia and also due to low blood pressure
check his sugars during this spells to rule out hypoglycemia
check his pressure also when ever he feel dizzy
consult your cardiologist for further evaluation if his sugars are fine
give his good amount of fluids
