General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Go for blood tests, HB, TLC, DLC, RFT, LFT, glucose! MRI brain all these are to be done before we pinpoint to exact cause! BMI also be checked with thyroid profile! The possibility of ENT examination is also there! In all times smile more, listen good music, be with friends and meditation, breathing exercises are helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
