What Causes Dizzy Spell And Light Menstrual Bleeding?

I recently had a dizzy spell . My cycle was late and really abnormal. I passed what appeared to be a clot or some other tissue and only had bleeding for a period less than 24 hours. since then I have been having some cramping and bloating. I tried to get in with my doctor but he was booked up. should I go to the er?

Hello,
I understand your concern.
Almost 50% may end up on its own without being noticed and it appears just like menstruation which might be a bit heavy & with clots.
If you are sexually active then this may be the reason for your problem.
If you don't have heavy bleeding currently then you can wait for your appointment. If bleeding or spotting is still going on, there is chance of retained products. You should go to ER as Ultrasound examination is necessary in such case.
