Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Here your physical examination is necessary to rule out cause.... First rule out labyrinthitis like ear causes by proper examination and test for ear along with CRP estimation.... If it is present antibiotic given.... Second if high fever associated then neck rigidity should be checked .... This is to rule out meningitiditis like infection .If suspected then CSF examination necessary.... Third it could be viral infection... Symptomatic management needed. For vomitting take domperidone ... Also try to rule out benign positional vertigo- BPPV by proper examination. Central vertigo also need to be rule out... If still no cause identifiable then CT scan done if needed to rule out organic cause .. Health and balanced diet taken.. Take rest .
